There are 3 UL/P LEDs to indicate respective frequency band’s up link working status or system warning state. Each UL/P LED takes the same indication meaning.

The LED(s) is Dark when there are no phone calls in the coverage area or cell phone does not contact BTS.

The LED(s) flashes in Red when there is a phone call in the coverage area, or cell phone contacts BTS periodically.
Any of the 3 LEDs lighting in constant or solid Red indicates System Warning state. The repeater works in abnormal state or is self-oscillating.

The LED(s) lighting in Green means that the corresponding frequency band(s) amplified signal output power reaches lighting threshold. The corresponding frequency band(s) works in good amplification state.

The LED(s) lighting in Red or Orange means that the corresponding frequency band(s) amplified signal output power reaches maximum. The corresponding frequency band(s) works in best amplification state.

How do I determine the best place to set up my booster?

How many users will one booster support?

All our products are of high-quality and are capable of simultaneously supporting multiple devices. The limit for each booster mainly depends on its output power or ‘dBs’. Should I check the location of my network provider’s nearest tower?

Yes! You need to check the location of the nearest tower of your network provider as the standard antenna can accept signal within 170 degrees. In case towers are located on the opposite side of your property and your antenna, you need to upgrade your system by adding a second antenna so you can receive signal from all locations.

How can I check if the booster will work for me?

With this simple and quick test, you can check whether your place is suitable for a signal booster or not.  What you need to do is to check your outside signal strength on your mobile phone. Here are the steps to do that.
  1. You need to find the highest point where you can put your outside antenna (usually on the roof).
  2. After finding that highest point check how many signal bars you see on your mobile phone’s display while you are there.
  3. If you have 0 bars make sure to contact us for help in order to get the right recommendation.
  4. In case you receive 1-3 bars outside you need a powerful booster to improve your poor outside signal. Our powerful booster will provide you with 5 full constant bars inside. Of course, you can also use a standard kit with a yagi antenna, but the number of bars inside your house will not go higher than 3-4 bars.
  5. With 3-4 bars outside signal strength, we recommended you to purchase a standard booster kit with a yagi antenna upgrade.
  6. With 4-5 bars outside no yagi upgrade is required as in this case the standard kit’s power is enough to provide you with full 5 bars indoors.
  7. It is important to measure your property size to make sure the cable length included in a kit will be enough. We offer extra upgrades in case of need.
