Yes! You need to check the location of the nearest tower of your network provider as the standard antenna can accept signal within 170 degrees. In case towers are located on the opposite side of your property and your antenna, you need to upgrade your system by adding a second antenna so you can receive signal from all locations.
Here’s a simple, quick test to check whether your place is suitable for a signal booster.
The only thing you should do is check your outside signal strength on your mobile phone.
Here’s how to do it:
All our products are of high-quality and are capable of simultaneously supporting multiple devices. The limit for each booster mainly depends on its output power or ‘dBs’. Below we have provided a list of devices and their support limit converted to dBs:
Estimations can also be made using this table:
Coverage in square meters | Number of supported users |
Up to 150 sq m | Up to 25 users |
Up to 300 sq m | Up to 50 users |
Up to 600 sq m | Up to 75 users |
Up to 1500 sq m | Up to 150 users |
With this simple and quick test, you can check whether your place is suitable for a signal booster or not. What you need to do is to check your outside signal strength on your mobile phone. Here are the steps to do that.
Thank you

Good afternoon, we have a small office about 50 meters from our house which has internet, and all our mobiles are with Telstra. The problem we have is, when we shut the door to our office we are able to get phone calls but unable to receive messages on our phones unless we walk outside. we do 100% of our business by phone. is there anything u can recommend? or do we have to go thru Telstra.
Hello Linda. How many bars do you get outside of your house on your mobile? Is that 3G or 4G?
Does this boost voice call signal as well – or only data?
Hello Kris, We have boosters that can boost both voice and data. For me to recommend, may I know which is your network provider?
Hello Does the 4G Signal Booster -All AU Networks – 300 sqm (Power Line) require 240 volts or can it operat on a 12 v system?
Hello Ruth, This booster will require AC/220V±10% 45~55Hz (voltage). Thank you!
How much power does this use?
Dear Stacie, It depends on what type of booster. What device are you interested in getting? Regards, Elena

Hello George, Thank you for your interest. In order to recommend you the right option I would like to ask you several questions: 1. How many bars do you get outside of your house on your mobile? Is that 3G or 4G? 2. How big is the area in square meters where you want to improve the signal? 3. Which is your network operator? 4. Do you want to improve your calls or data? Or both? 5. Is the building single-storey or multi-storey? In case it is multi-storey, how many floors are there and do you need to improve the signal on all floors? Looking forward to your answer.
